Site Rules
Here at Riverside we certainly don’t believe in the rules just for the sake of rules but some things are important to everybody’s enjoyment at the park. Siting – Please ensure that you place your jockey wheel on the flag when parking your tourer on the pitch.

It is unfair to some but sadly unaccompanied teenagers and single sex group bookings are not invited to stay.

Only 1 vehicle per pitch is allowed on park, additional vehicles may be parked in the car park, but permission must be granted from management. No commercial vehicles or transit vans are allowed.

Tents will not be allowed on if payment in full has not been received prior to arrival. We reserve the right not to accept tents if reception is closed. Electric – Riverside provide 10amp (2000 watt) electric supply to touring pitches; these are fitted with overload device and an earth leakage trip for your safety. There is one main toilet & shower block, plus two additional toilet blocks, which are usually open 24 hours and cleaned daily.

We aim to maintain these to the highest standard. Elsan points are located at each toilet block, please ensure you use these sensibly. Place all rubbish in the bins provided, littering is a criminal offence and persons found responsible will be reported. Barrier cards must be obtained alongside a shower & toilet key from reception on arrival – these are on a £20 refundable deposit. River – please ensure that children are supervised at all times especially near the river. No balls games to be played near the river. Should any item fall into the river, please contact reception, do not attempt to retrieve the items yourselves. Fishing is permitted only in season with relevant licence (not permitted between 15th March and 15th June)

All children under 18 must be accompanied by adults and be in their units by 11pm.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, they are not allowed in the childrens play areas. Please clean up after your dog. We don't allow dangerous breeds on the park.

Any persons not following this rule will be told to leave park and will not be able to visit thereafter. We do not accept dangerous breeds. Behaviour of all customers towards other customers, members of staff must be done in a courteous manner. No gazebos, flags or generators are permitted. Any criminal offence will be reported to the police, you will not be welcomed back to Riverside if an offence is committed.

A full set of rules are available from reception.
